عضویت در SCINCE DIRECT:
اگر شما عضو هستید username , password خود را در کادر Register or Login وارد کنید و در صورتیکه عضو نمی باشید با انتخاب لینک Register و پر کردن فرم عضویت (Registrartion) با وارد کردن نام و نام خانوادگی، آدرس e-mail و وارد کردن password و انتخاب موضوعات مورد علاقه خود و کلیک کردن دکمه done سیستم user name در اختیار شما قرار می دهد و با کلیک دکمه login now می توانید از این امکانات استفاده کنید.
انواع جستجو:
الف: جستجوی سریع (Quick):
در روش جستجوی سریع کلمه یا عبارت جستجو را در کادر جستجو وارد کنید، جستجو شما در تمام فیلدهای عنوان (Title)، چکیده (Abstract) ، کلیدواژه ( Keyword) و نویسندگان ( author) انجام خواهد شد.
ب: جستجوی ساده ( Basic):
ابتدا دکمه search را انتخاب کنید.
سربرگ All source را برای انتخاب منابع جستجو انتخاب کنید.
سر برگ Basic را از سمت راست انتخاب کنید.
در هریک از کادرهای جستجو، کلمه جستجو را وارد کنید و اگر در هر کادر جستجو دو کلمه وارد کنید آن را به عنوان یک عبارت در نظر می گیرد. در جستجوی مقدماتی از منوی کشویی فیلد جستجو ( within) فیلد مورد نظر خود را انتخاب کنید که عبارتند از:
در روش جستجوی مقدماتی شما می توانید از عملگرهای AND,OR,AND NOT استفاده نمایید.
می توانید منابع جستجوی خود را به مجلات، کتابها و پایگاههای چکیده محدود نمایید.
می توانید موضوع ( SUBJECT ) جستجوی خود را مشخص کنید. به عنوان مثال " Medicine and Dentistry " را انتخاب کنید و اگر تمایل داشتید که در چند موضوع جستجوی شما انجام شود با استفاده از crt+click انتخاب کنید.
می توانید جستجوی خود را از لحاظ زمانی محدود کنید: به عنوان مثال از سال 2002 تا به حال
سپس روی دکمه search کلیک کنید.
تاریخچه جستجو (Search History)
تاريخچه جستجو جدولي است كه ليست استراتژي هاي جستجو و تعداد مقالات بازيابي شده هر استراتژي جستجو را نمايش مي دهد.
براي استفاده از اين امكان بايد با user name و password خود به سيستم login كنيد و سپس روي لينك Turn On كه در زير صفحه جستجو قرار دارد كليك نماييد.
امكان اجراي مجدد جستجو(re-run ) و ايجاد تغيير(edit) و حذف(delete) جستجو وجود دارد.
امكان تركيب كردن استراتژي هاي جستجو با استفاده از Combine with AND و Combine with OR وجود دارد.
هر جستجو به مدت 7 روز در جدول تاريخچه جستجو باقي مي ماند براي ذخيره كردن آن بر روي لينك ...Save History As كليك كنيد.
نگاهی به صفحه نتیجه جستجو:
در صفحه نتيجه جستجو ليستي از اطلاعات كتابشناختي(Citations) مقالات بازيابي شده را خواهيد ديد.
براي اينكه كلمه هاي ديگري را به جستجوي اوليه خود اضافه كنيد در كادر search within results كلمه هاي مورد نظر را وارد كنيد و جستجو كنيد.
براي ديدن قسمتي يا تمام چكيده مقاله از منوي كشويي View يكي از گزينه هايCitations، Partial Abstracts + Citations و Full Abstracts + Citations را انتخاب كنيد.
به صورت پيش فرض اطلاعات كتابشناختي مقالات بر اساس جديدترين مقاله مرتب شده اند.
مي توانيد نتايج جستجو را بر اساس ميزان ارتباط(Relevance) و يا جديدترين مقاله(Date) بازيابي كنيد، كه از منوي كشويي :Sort By آنها را انتخاب كنيد.
مي توانيد از صفحه نتيجه جستجو تعدادي از اطلاعات كتابشناختي(Citations) را انتخاب كنيد و با استفاده ازDisplay Checked Docs فقط اطلاعات كتابشناختي هايي را كه انتخاب كرده ايد ببينيد.
براي ايجاد تغيير در جستجوي اوليه خود Edit Search را كليك كنيد.
براي ذخيره كردن جستجوي خود Save Search را كليك كنيد لازم به ذكر است كه براي استفاده از اين امكان بايد با user name و password خود به سيستم login كنيد و سپس روي لينك Turn On كه در زير صفحه جستجو قرار دارد كليك نماييد تا استراتژي جستجوي شما در تاريخچه جستجو(Search History) ذخيره شود كه در قسمت تاريخچه جستجو در باره آن توضيح داده شده است.
به منظور اينكه به صورت اتوماتيك و متناوب هر روز، هر هفته و يا هر ماه جستجوي شما اجرا شود و در صورت يافتن ركورد جديدي با e-mail به شما اطلاع بدهد Save as Search Alert را كليك كنيد كه در آگاهي رساني(ALERT) در باره آن توضيح داده شده است. لازم به ذكر است كه براي استفاده از اين امكان بايد با user name و password خود به سيستم login كنيد.
مي توانيد از صفحه نتيجه جستجو تعدادي از اطلاعات كتابشناختي(Citations) را انتخاب كنيد و با استفاده از E-mail Articles اطلاعات كتابشناختي هايي را كه انتخاب كرده ايد همراه با لينك دسترسي به متن كامل مقاله e-mail كنيد.
مي توانيد از صفحه نتيجه جستجو تعدادي از اطلاعات كتابشناختي(Citations) را انتخاب كنيد و با استفاده از Export Citations اطلاعات كتابشناختي هايي را كه انتخاب كرده ايد را به فرمت RIS و يا (ASCII)اسكي download نماييد.

با استفاده از ( Cited By )شما می توانید مقالاتی را که این مقاله مرجع آن می باشد را بازیابی نمایید.
به منظور اینکه سیستم به صورت اتوماتیک و متناوب هر روز، هر هفته و یا هرماه کنترل کند و در صورت یافتن مقاله جدیدی که این مقاله مرجع ( refrences ) آن باشد، با E-mail به شما اطلاع بدهدSave as Citation Alert را کلیک کنید که در آگاهی رسانی( Alert ) درباره آن توضیح داده شده است. لازم به ذکر است که برای استفاده از این امکان باید با username , password خود به سیستم Login کنید.
مرور ( Browse )
ابتدا دکمه journal را انتخاب کنید.
از منوی کشویی select All journals and Book series ,favorites, or a specific subject تمام نشریات یا موضوع مورد نظر خود را انتخاب کنید از منوی کشویی Sort By عنوان ( Title ) را انتخاب کنید و از منوی کشویی Display گزینه Subscribed را انتخاب کنید به این ترتیب کلیه نشریاتی که دانشگاه در زمینه موضوعی که شما انتخاب کرده اید مشترک می باشد را ملاحضه خواهید نمود.
با انتخاب موضوع( subject ) از منوی کشویی sort By می توانید مطابق طبقه بندی موضوعی موضوع scincedirect مورد نظر خود را انتخاب کرده و نشریاتی که در آن طبقه بندی موضوعی جای دارند را ببینید.
با انتخاب ناشر( publisher ) از منوی کشویی Sort By می توانید لیست ناشرین را خواهید دید با کلیک کردن روی نام ناشر مورد نظر خود لیست نشریات آن ناشر را خواهید دید.
در کادر جستجوی: Search for a journal or Book series Title شما می توانید قسمتی از نام نشریه مورد نظر خود یا نام کامل آن را وارد کنبد و دکمهGO را کلیک کنید تا به راحتیhomepage آن نشریه در اختیار شما قرار گیرد.
درhomepage نشریات شما می توانید هر شماره از نشریه را انتخاب کنید و محتویات آن را مرور کنید و همچنین به منظور اینکه سیستم به محض اینکه شماره جدید نشریه به صورت Online در دسترس قرار گیرد، با E-mail به شما اطلاع بدهد گزینه Alert me when new journal Issues are available را فعال کنید و دکمهSubmit را کلیک نمایید که در آگاهی رسانی ( Alert )درباره آن توضیح داده شده است. لازم به ذکر است که برای استفاده از این امکان باید با username, password خود به سیستم Login کنید.
برای اینکه نشریه ای را به لیست نشریات مورد علاقه خود اضافه کنید گزینه Add this journal to My Favorite Journals را فعال نمایید و دکمه Submit را کلیک نمایید لازم به ذکر است که برای استفاده از این امکان باید باusername, password خود به سیستمlogin کنید.
آگاهی رسانی (ALERT )
زمانی که شما با username , password خود به سیستم Login کنید از Alert می توانید استفاده کنید.
ابتدا دکمه Alert را انتخاب کنید.
سه امکان Citation Alert, Search Alert, Volume/Issue Alert در اختیار شما قرار می گیرد:
1. Search Alert : به منظور اینکه به صورت اتوماتیک و متناوب هرروز، هر هفته جستجوی شما اجرا شود و در صورت یافتن رکورد جدیدی با E-mail به شما اطلاع بدهد Save as Search Alert را کلیک کنید لازم به ذکر است که برای استفاده از این امکانات ابتدا باید جستجوی خود را اجرا کنید و در صفحه نتایج جستجو Save as search Alert را کلیک کنید.امکان ایجاد تغییر( Modify ) و حذف( delet ) و اضافه کردنAlert جدید ( Add Search Alert ) نیز وجود دارد.
2. Volume/Issue Alert :به دو طریق می توانید Volume/Issue Alert را ایجاد نمایید:
الف: با مراجعه homepage نشریات از طریق انتخاب دکمهjournal و انتخاب نشریه مورد نظر، به منظور اینکه سیستم به محض اینکه شماره جدید نشریه به صورتOnline در دسترس قرار گیرد، با E- mail به شما اطلاع بدهد گزینه Alert me when new journal Issue are available را فعال کنید و دکمه Submit را کلیک نمایید.
ب: با کلیک کردن Add/Remove Volume /Issue Alert لیست اسامی نشریات در دسترس شما قرار می گیرد که می توانید آن را انتخاب نمایید، امکان حذف( delet ) نیز وجود دارد.
3. Citation Alert : ابتدا باید جستجوی خود را اجرا کنید از صفحه نتیجه جستجو مقاله مورد نظر خود را انتخاب کنید و سپس لینک Save as citation Alert را کلیک کنید، به این ترتیب سیستم به صورت اتوماتیک و متناوب هرروز، هر هفته و یا هرماه کنترل می کند و در صورت یافتن مقاله جدیدی که این مقاله مرجع ( refrences ) آن باشد، با E-mail به شما اطلاع می دهد.
امکان ایجاد تغییر ( Modify ) و حذف ( delet ) و اضافه کردن Alert جدید ( Add Citation Alert ) نیز وجود دارد.
چند نکته:
برای جستجوی حروف یونانی مانند آلفا، بتا تلفظ انگلیسی آنها را وارد کنید.
برای جستجوی کلیدواژه ها بالانویس و زیرنویس دار آنها را در یک خط یکسان وارد کنید. مثال: برای جستجوی H2O ، کلمه H2O را وارد کنيد .
برای جستجوی صورتهای جمع کلمات با قاعده ،
وارد نمودن خود کلمه کافی است تا صورتهای جمع آن را نيز جستجو نمايد.مثال: city کلمات city, cities, city's, cities را نيز بازيابی می کند. برای جستجوی صورتهای جمع کلمات بی قاعده از عملگر OR استفاده نمایید، بدین ترتیب که شکل جمع و مفرد
کلمه را با استفاده از OR ترکیب کنید.
پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی (SID)
این پایگاه اطلاعاتی در سال 1383 توسط جهاد دانشگاهی و با هدف فراهم آوری و ارائه اطلاعات و خدمات علمی موردنیاز استادان، محققان، دانشجویان دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش عالی و مراکز تحقیقاتی کشور راه اندازی شد. مقالات چاپ شده در تمامی نشریات علمی و پژوهشی کشور و برخی از نشریات معتبر بین المللی در این پایگاه اطلاعاتی نمایه سازی می شود. خدمات این پایگاه در دو بخش فارسی و انگلیسی ارائه گردیده و در حال حاضر اطلاعات به طور رایگان در دسترس عموم دانش پژوهان، محققان و به طور کلی جامعه علمی کشور قرار گرفته است. در این پایگاه اطلاعاتی خدمات زیر به کاربران عرضه می شود:
1. جستجو و ارائه چکیده مقالات نشریات علمی و پژوهشی کشور
2. معرفی و ارائه مقالات نشریات ایرانی نمایه سازی شده در ISI
3.دسترسی به متن کامل بخشی از مقالات نمایه سازی شده ( حدود 60 درصد مقالات)
4. دسترسی به مجموعه مقالات محققان ایرانی چاپ شده در نشریان بین المللی
5. ارائه گزارش های استنادی نشریات علمی و پژوهشی کشور ( JCR=JOURNAL Citation Report)
6. معرفی نشریات و نویسندگان مقالات پراستناد از طریق عامل تاثیر (Impact Factor) و شاخص آنی ( Immediacy index)
7.خدمت ارسال الکترونیکی مقالات و رهگیری پیشرفت کار توسط نویسندگان
مقالات حوزه های مختلف : علوم پایه، پزشکی، فنی و مهندسی، علوم انسانی و اجتماعی، کشاورزی و هنر تحت پوشش این پایگاه اطلاعاتی قرار دارد. در این پایگاه اطلاعاتی جستجو از طریق نام نویسنده یا محقق، موضوع و کلید واژه ها امکان پذیر است. اطلاعات مربوط به همایش های علمی کشور نیز در این پایگاه اطلاعاتی قابل دسترس است.
راهبرد جستجو عبارتست از فرآیندی که از طریق آن فایلی مورد جستجو قرار گیرد تا مدارک متناسب با نیاز کاربر شناسایی شود.
برای جستجوی اطلاعات در شبکه اینترنت حداقل دو شیوه وجود دارد:
1. از طریق مکان یاب جهانی منابع = آدرس پایگاه اطلاعاتی = URL
2. کاربر نشانی خاصی را در دسترس ندارد در نتیجه با وارد کردن کلمه یا عباراتی مدارک مورد نیاز خود را از طریق موتورهای جستجو بازیابی می کند. این روش تا حدی به میزان تجربه و تخصص و احاطه کاربر بر موضوع مرتبط دارد. این روش به منظور آشنایی بیشتر شما کاربران مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد.
الف: جستجوی کلید واژه ای: در این شیوه تعیین مفاهیم کلیدی بسیار مهم می باشد. هر چه واژه انتخابی اخص تر باشد نتایج جستجو مرتبط تر خواهد بود.
ب: جستجوی میدانی: در این شیوه با استفاده از محدودگرهای مکانی، زمانی، موضوعی، شکلی و زبانی مدارک مرتبط تری بازیابی خواهند شد. به عنوان مثال در جستجوی پیشرفته موتور جستجوی GOOGLE با استفاده از "OCURRENCES" می توان محل جستجوی کلمه یا عبارت جستجو را فقط به " عنوان " صفحه یا سایت و یا نشانی URL محدود کرد.
پ: جستجوی ساده و پیشرفته
ت: جستجوی عبارتی:
مرحله اول: پیدا کردن اصطلاحات تخصصی و یا رایج درباره موضوع مورد نظر از طریق واژه نامه های تخصصی، سر عنوان های موضوعی و ... می باشد.
مرحله دوم: تبدیل اصطلاحات تهیه شده در مرحله اول به عبارات جستجو با استفاده از عملگرهای بولی و همجواری، کوتاه سازی" Truncation" و ...
عملگرهای بولی و همجواری: از این عملگرها برای فرمول بندی و ترکیب مفاهیم یا کلیدواژه ها بر اساس اهمیت و ارتباط آنها استفاده می شود.
عملگرهای بولی:
عملگر AND : هرگاه این عملگر بین دو واژه قرار گیرد، موتور جستجو صفحاتی را بازیابی خواهد کرد که حاوی هر دو واژه باشد. نتایج جستجوی این روش دقیق تر ولی با حجم کمتری بدست می آید.
مثال : اگر عبارت جستجو Pollution AND Water باشد، صرفا رکوردهایی بازیابی خواهند شد که حاوی هر دو واژه باشند.
عملگر OR: هرگاه این عملگر بین دو واژه قرار گیرد، موتور جستجو صفحاتی را بازیابی خواهد کرد که یک یا هر دو واژه جستجو را شامل شود در واقع این عملگر باعث گسترش جستجو با دقت کمترمی گردد.
مثال: اگر عبارت جستجو Pollution OR water fhanT باشد، رکوردهایی که حاوی هریک از این دو واژه به تنهایی و یا مشترک باشد بازیابی می شود.
عملگر NOT: هرگاه این عملگر بین دو واژه قرار گیرد، موتور جستجو صفحاتی را بازیابی خواهد کرد که واژه اول را در خود داشته باشد ولی حاوی واژه دوم نباشد.
مثال: اگر عبارت جستجو Pollution NOT Water باشد، رکوردهایی بازیابی خواهند شد که واژه Pollution در آنها حضور داشته ولی فاقد واژه Water باشد.
عملگر XOR : همانند عملگر OR عمل می کند، با این تفاوت که اگر دو کلید واژه ترکیب شده در یک رکورد حاضر باشند بازیابی نخواهد شد و فقط مدارکی بازیابی می شوند که یکی از دو واژه را داشته باشند.
هنگام بهره گیری از عملگر های بولی بهتر است برای یکپارچه سازی جستجو از پرانتز استفاده شود.
لازم است بدانید: برای استفاده بهتر از عملگرهای بولی در هنگام جستجو این عملگرها را با حروف بزرگ بنویسید.
عملگر های همجواری:
عملگر ADJ: این عملگر رکوردهایی را بازیابی می کند که هر دو واژه مورد جستجو در کنار هم قرار گرفته باشند.
عملگر NEAR: این عملگر رکوردهایی را بازیابی می کند که هر دو واژه مورد جستجو در یک جمله به کار رفته باشند.
